Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless another option is selected.

  • UPS Second Day: guaranteed delivery 2 days after processing
  • UPS Next Day Air: guaranteed delivery next business day after processing

  • Shipment Notification You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be sent in a separate email.

    Damaged Products & Shipping Errors
    In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Service via email at prior to returning any incorrect, damaged or defective items. Exchanges To exchange an item, please email and we will assist you with your return and reorder of new merchandise.
    Policies is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items. will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date. Items returned after 14 days may be returned for store credit only.

    All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
    If a FINAL SALE item is returned without authorization, you will not be refunded, nor will store credit be granted.

    Upon the receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

    Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will be responsible for re-shipping refused packages.

    Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and clicking on the Order History tab. You must be registered with to check your return status online.
    Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
